Shops at Granbury – Granbury, Texas
The development required roadway and access improvements along US 377, including a new deceleration lane, while also incorporating national-brand tenant prototypes into a coordinated commercial development. Each tenant brought specific requirements for building placement, drive-through operations, parking, circulation, and utilities. These requirements had to be integrated with the overall grading, access, infrastructure, and site-development strategy.
Linq coordinated the civil design and permitting effort with the client, jurisdictional agencies, transportation stakeholders, and national tenants. The overall plan was developed around roadway improvements, site access, grading, utilities, shared circulation, and individual tenant prototype requirements so the different commercial users could function as one cohesive development.
Outcome / Current Status
The overall development is progressing through permitting, with portions of the Shops at Granbury development currently under construction.
