The 54-acre site includes existing roadways and infrastructure that establish much of the development framework. The challenge is to work within these existing conditions while creating a cohesive development plan that maximizes the remaining land and supports a complementary mix of commercial uses.
LINQ is evaluating the property as an integrated development rather than a collection of individual pads. The conceptual planning process works within the existing roadway and infrastructure network to identify opportunities for an entertainment anchor, hotel, bank, restaurants, and other commercial concepts. Site access, circulation, visibility, parcel configuration, and infrastructure are being considered together to create a flexible framework that can evolve as users are identified.
Outcome / Current Status
Conceptual planning and due diligence are underway, with multiple development scenarios being evaluated to determine the most effective mix and arrangement of uses across the approximately 54-acre property.
