The Shake Shack development required the integration of a national restaurant prototype into an active commercial development while addressing drive-through operations, site access, parking, pedestrian circulation, utilities, drainage, and municipal entitlement requirements.

LINQ coordinated the civil site design with the approved restaurant concept, municipal requirements, and the surrounding development infrastructure. Particular attention was given to drive-through stacking and circulation, site access, fire-lane connectivity, utilities, grading, drainage, and the relationship between the individual restaurant site and the larger commercial development.
Outcome / Current Status
The project is currently advancing through civil design and municipal permitting.
