Shops at Stillwater III – Mansfield, Texas
Shops at Stillwater III required platting, an SUP for drive-through use while the overall site plan was still being advanced. The development also needed to maximize gross leasable area while accommodating national tenants with established prototype requirements for building placement, parking, drive-through stacking, circulation, and site operations.
Linq advanced the entitlement and site-planning efforts together rather than treating them as separate processes. The development plan was continuously refined around municipal requirements, national tenant prototypes, access, circulation, parking, utilities, and overall developable area. This approach allowed the project to maintain flexibility for individual users while creating a cohesive site plan for the broader development.
Outcome / Current Status
The project is currently advancing through civil design, entitlement coordination, and municipal permitting.
